          The company is responsible for assessing the level of students who can participate in the exam, and for students who are interested in applying for relevant exams;

  • Before the official class date, students must purchase/pre-order neat and relevant dance costumes from our center; please wear neat school uniforms during class.

  • Students who want to take leave must call the center one day before class. If they ask for leave on the same day, they must submit relevant supporting documents. Otherwise, the request for leave will only be treated as abandoning the class. For leave and make-up arrangements for no more than 2 periods per month, you can make an appointment directly with the staff of the center first; for leave and make-up arrangements for more than 2 periods, you must first apply to the center in writing and wait for the center’s reply to confirm. Arrangements for make-up classes should be completed within the same month. All make-up classes cannot be classes that have been registered for, and can only be selected from classes already offered by the center. Otherwise, the request for leave will only be treated as an abandonment.

   ●If a member is unable to handle make-up class arrangements in the month of leave due to individual circumstances and requests to postpone the relevant class to the next month, please be sure to fill out the "Make-up Class Extension Application Form" when registering next month and wait for the center's reply Confirm, if there are any documents supporting the application, please provide copies so that the center can process it as soon as possible;

   ●The instructor on the make-up day will be the instructor of the class on that day.

  • The center has a 24-hour closed-circuit monitoring system, which mainly monitors the behavior of students and instructors. While it is open to the public for viewing, parents are expected to respect the instructor's reasonable teaching model. Every training and game has its own purpose and meaning;

  •

    Classroom instructors will not be notified individually when requesting leave. If there are special circumstances that require the Center to notify individual students, they can submit the request to the Center's staff and fill in the reasons in the reply slip.

  • When the No. 3 strong wind signal or the yellow or red rainstorm warning signal is hoisted by the Observatory, classes in our center will remain unchanged; when the No. 8 strong wind signal or the black rainstorm warning signal is hoisted, all classes will be canceled due to heavy rain or storm signals. For classes, the center will not make additional arrangements for make-up classes.

  • Members should pay the next tuition fee at the last class of each month so that the center can prepare attendance sheets and arrange the number of make-up classes, etc., and be more considerate of each other;

  • Members and parents are asked to understand and abide by any reasonable advice given by the center; if repeated advice is ineffective, the center has the right to cancel the student's qualifications and the tuition fees collected will not be refunded;

  • All successfully applied refund cases will be paid by check.

  • The center reserves the right to make the final decision on all make-up class arrangements and classroom transfers.

  • Finally, please respect the center's code of conduct, which states that everyone should be treated fairly and equally. Individual special circumstances can be raised and negotiated. Please do not compare the codes of this center with those of other centers. Thank you!
